·Foaminus NS-NXZ is a liquid mineral oil defoamer with 100% active ingredients. A broad-spectrum defoamer suitable for coatings, inks, and adhesives in various emulsion systems, featuring long-lasting defoaming performance and excellent shear stability. Good storage stability: maintains good defoaming properties even after long-term storage. It has a strong defoaming capacity with excellent persistence. ·Generally, an addition amount of 0.2-0.3% of Foaminus NS-NXZ to the total formulation is sufficient to effectively extinguish and prevent the regeneration of foam. When used as an adhesive, the addition amount is 1-2% of the latex solid content. ·TMG Foaminus NS-NXZ can replace SAN NOPCO’s defoamer NOPCO NXZ. The defoaming efficiency was analyzed by comparing the defoaming effects of Foaminus NS-NXZ with commercially available mineral oil defoamers in nitrile rubber emulsions. Under different test temperatures (25°C and 40°C), in NBR systems, Foaminus NS-NXZ demonstrated the lowest foam height when compared to common mineral oil-based defoamers available on the market. The lower the foam volume, the better the defoaming performance. At the same time, only when the foam volume is low can the products manufactured using this latex formula exhibit excellent performance. Therefore, our experiments can prove that TMGFoaminus NS-NXZ has better defoaming performance than common defoamers available on the market. TMG Foaminus NS-NXZ can be used either directly or after dilution.
