The first large-scale alkylbenzene unit imported into my country 30 years ago was successfully expanded and transformed using domestic technology. 　　After the transformation, the light wax production capacity of the device will increase by 50% compared with before, reaching 210,000 tons/year. ； Alkylbenzene production capacity will increase by 30% to 150,000 tons/year. At the same time, the energy consumption per unit product is reduced by 20%, and all sulfur-containing gases generated during the production process are processed and recycled, reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by approximately 5,000 tons per year. 　　Jinling Petrochemical’s alkylbenzene complex unit is my country’s first modern large-scale alkylbenzene production unit introduced from abroad in the late 1970s. After the device is successfully put into production at one time, it will reach the designed production capacity of 50,000 tons of alkylbenzene and 40,000 tons of light wax products per year. Alkylbenzene products have accounted for more than 80% of the domestic market share for 10 consecutive years. Over the past 20 years, the company has achieved localization of key technical equipment of the alkylbenzene complex unit through four major technological transformations, doubling alkylbenzene output and increasing light wax output by three times the designed output. 　　Entering the 21st century, my country's demand for light wax products continues to increase, and light wax products face good development opportunities. The company continues to follow the path of connotation and expanded reproduction, using technological transformation to achieve the goals of increasing production capacity, reducing costs, and reducing emissions. The capacity expansion and renovation project was officially launched in June this year. It adopts the latest domestic energy-saving and emission-reduction technology, focuses on eliminating the production "bottleneck" of the alkylbenzene combined unit, transforms the sulfur-containing gas recovery unit, and builds a new environmental protection and emission reduction unit, bringing production capacity and environmental protection levels to a new level.
