Rui’anxi-Wencheng Branch Natural Gas Pipeline Project: This project is located in Rui’an City, Pingyang County, and Wencheng County of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and was invested in and constructed by Zhejiang Zhenneng Natural Gas Pipeline Network Co., Ltd. A new Rui’anxi-Wencheng branch line will be constructed, with a total length of approximately 37.6 km. The design pressure is 6.3 MPa, and the pipe diameter is 323.9 mm. The pipeline is constructed from L290 NPSL2 seamless steel pipes; for external anti-corrosion protection, a three-layer PE reinforced anti-corrosion coating (3PE) is used, while double-layer epoxy powder coating is applied to the thermally bent sections of the pipeline. There is 1 gas transmission station along the line, as well as 1 line isolation valve room. The line crosses 10 provincial highways and 1 railway along its route. For the cathodic protection of pipeline systems, forced current cathodic protection is used, while sacrificial anode protection is employed for the buried pipelines at the stations. It is planned to build an 8-kilometer pipeline from Zhouningmen Station to Lidun, plus a 6-kilometer pipeline in Liping; in total, this amounts to 14 kilometers, with a pressure of 2.0 MPA. 3. One substation in Zhouning will be constructed, covering an area of 10 mu. 4. Two high- and medium-pressure voltage regulation cabinets will be built, occupying an area of 0.4 mu. Wanhua Chemical Green Power Industrial Park Natural Gas Pipeline Project: This project is located in Haiyang, Yantai City, Shandong Province, and was invested in and constructed by Wanhua Chemical (Haiyang) Battery Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Wanhua Chemical Green Power Industrial Park natural gas pipeline project. The total investment for the project is currently unknown. 10. Xintai Natural Gas Pipeline Project (Phase II) by Jitai Gas Co., Ltd., Changling County. This project is located in Changling County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, and is funded and constructed by Jitai Gas Co., Ltd., Changling County. The total length of the pipelines for this project is 45,019 m, with a design pressure of 1.6 MPa and a pipe diameter of D168 mm. Natural gas is supplied from the Sihet Village Comprehensive Station; the supply volume to COFCO Feed Factory is 5,000 Nm3/day (1.825 million Nm3/year), while the supply volume to COFCO pig farming farms is 30,000 Nm3/day (10.95 million Nm3/year). The comprehensive station in Sihé Village, Xin’an Town, Jitai Gas Co., Ltd. in Changling County has been completed; its capacity is to process 100,000 cubic meters of natural gas per day. The total gas transmission volume for this project is 35,000 cubic meters per day; therefore, this project can rely on the Sihetown Comprehensive Station. The project investment amount is 150 million yuan.

11. Xinhui Daze Gas-Heat Power Project – Natural gas pipeline and supporting facilities project. This project is located in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, and is invested in and constructed by Jiangmen Huapu Energy Co., Ltd. The pipelines of this project are divided into two sections, with a total length of approximately 7.9 km (3 km in Heshan section and 4.9 km in Xinhui section). Among them, the length of the Gonghe valve chamber-Gonghe distribution station section is 0.47 km; the pipeline uses φ273.1×11.1 specifications, with a design pressure of 9.2 MPa, and the steel pipe material is L360N ； The length of the section from the Republican Distribution Station to the Oozawa Power Plant is 7.43 km. The pipeline uses pipes with a diameter of φ273.1×6.4, a design pressure of 6.3 MPa, and is made of L290N steel. The project investment amount is 110 million yuan. 12. Changchun–Shijiazhuang Gas Pipeline Project (Phase II): This project is located in Zhangjiakou City, Baoding City, and Shijiazhuang City in Hebei Province, and is invested in and constructed by **Pipeline Group Northern Pipeline Co., Ltd.** The investment amount for the new 406.2 km Zhangjiakou–Shijiazhuang trunk line is unknown.

13. Xixia County Danshui Receiving Station and Natural Gas Pipeline Project for the Third West-East Gas Transmission Line. It is equipped with facilities for filtration, metering, pigging, venting, and waste discharge. The Danshui receiving station is unattended; after filtration and metering, the natural gas is supplied to the Shiti pressure regulation station in Xixia County. Heihe-Daqing Gas Pipeline Project in Heilongjiang Province: This project is located in Heilongjiang Province, starting from the Heihe terminal of the China-Russia East Line and ending at the Daqing distribution station of the same line; it was invested in and constructed by the Northeast Branch of **PetroChina Pipeline Network Co., Ltd. The project’s pipeline length is 545 kilometers, with a diameter of 1219 millimeters. The design pressure is 12 megapascals, and the designed capacity is 20 billion cubic meters per year. There are 3 stations and 21 valve rooms along the entire line. The total investment for the project is 960,000 million yuan.

15. Off-site natural gas pipeline project for the Lanshan Power Center project in Ningbo’s petrochemical zone. This project is located in the Wantang New Area, the northern part of Wantang New Area, and the Niluoshan reclamation area within Ningbo’s petrochemical development zone in Zhejiang Province; it was invested in and constructed by Ningbo Zhongpu Petrochemical Investment Group Co., Ltd. The project involves the construction of 1 station and 1 valve room, with a designed annual transportation capacity of 9.6 billion m3 per year. The project investment amount is 4,003.18 million yuan.

17. S218 Anji-Longgang Highway – Yiwu Choujiang to Fotang section natural gas pipeline. This project is located on Xiangxi Road in Yiwu County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, and was invested in and constructed by Yiwu Shuangjianghu Construction and Development Co., Ltd. The project starts at the interchange of Xiangxi Road S218 and Wuzhou Avenue, and ends at the Xufuo Line. The designed speed is 80 km/h, the roadbed width is 33.5 m, it has six lanes in each direction, and the entire route is paved with asphalt concrete. The project includes two underpass tunnels, with a total length of 3420 meters. The underpass under Shuangjianghu is 2,713 meters long. Parallel situation: The S218 Anji to Longgang Highway section from Choujiang to Futang in Yiwu (the section where Xiangxi Road passes underneath it) runs parallel to the Dongyang branch of the provincial natural gas pipeline. The length of the section where the distances between the two roads are less than 50 meters is approximately 340 meters (K3+460 to K3+800). In these parallel sections, the roads take the form of U-shaped channels or openly dug but covered passages; the minimum distance between the road and the natural gas pipeline is about 10.5 meters, and this is located near K3+460 (at the surface level of the road). Intersection scenarios: ① There is 1 intersection between the widened section of Fotang Avenue and the natural gas pipeline; ② There is 1 intersection each for the access roads on the east and west sides of Fotang Avenue with the natural gas pipeline. There are a total of 3 intersections. The total investment for the project is 1,856,064,000 yuan. 18. Guannan Newao Natural Gas Valve Station and Associated Pipeline Project: This project is located in Xiazhuang Village, Guannan County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, and was invested in and constructed by Guannan Newao Gas Co., Ltd. ①A new Guannan natural gas valve station has been built in Xiazhuang Village, Xinji Town, Guannan County, covering an area of approximately 6.12 mu. ②The high-pressure natural gas pipeline in front of Guannanmen Station starts at the Guannan distribution station and ends at Guannanmen Station. The pipe diameter is DN500, the design pressure is 4.0 MPa, and the length is approximately 0.4 km. The project investment amount is unknown.

19. Xiangshui County Town-to-Town Medium-Pressure Natural Gas Pipeline Project. This project is located in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, and was invested in and constructed by Taizhou China Resources Gas Co., Ltd. Xiangshui County Town-to-Town Medium-Pressure Natural Gas Pipeline Project. The total investment for the project is currently unknown. 20. Qingyuan Branch Natural Gas Pipeline Project: This project spans from the distribution station in Longquan County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province to the Qingyuan terminal station, and it was invested in and constructed by Zhejiang Zheneng Natural Gas Pipeline Network Co., Ltd. It starts at the Longquan distribution station of the existing Yunhe-Longquan natural gas pipeline and ends at the Qingyuan terminal station of this project. With a total length of approximately 80 km, a design pressure of 6.3 MPa, and a designed annual transport capacity of 190 million cubic meters per year, the pipeline has a diameter of 406.4 mm. It passes through Longquan and Qingyuan counties in Lishui City, and along its course there are 2 stations and 2 valve rooms. The total investment for the project is 674.26 million yuan.
