Which one of these two is in the wrong position?
The junction box arrived first, and its location is incorrect.
Is it analyzed based on the condition of the device? The person who installed this downspout also followed the instructions in the diagram
The downspout should be installed at ground level according to the plans, but due to an obstacle (the electrical panel), the workers cut the downspout off and connected it in mid-air.
The distribution box must not be placed under the drainage pipes. If improvements are to be made, considering moving the distribution box to a suitable location would be an option. Look at this area in the picture: there is moss and water on the wall, so the environment is quite humid, which makes it unsuitable for placing a distribution box. The distribution box should be installed in a dry and shaded location. It not only ensures electrical safety and prevents electric shock, but also extends the service life of the electrical box.
Is this distribution box already obsolete?
GB50303-2020, Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Electrical Engineering, 5.2.4 The foundation of floor-mounted distribution cabinets/cases installed outdoors should be above the ground level; proper drainage around them is required, and sealing measures should be taken around their bases. 5.2.5 Cabs, units, boxes, and panels must be installed firmly and should not be placed directly below water pipes.
Those that are unused should be removed; perhaps the construction workers felt that removing them wasn’t their task
