I would be extremely grateful if the experienced professionals in this field could help answer my question! The filter bags get clogged frequently; they were just replaced a month ago. Using a recycled compressor to reduce the load and flush the filter bags can temporarily restore the pressure difference across them. The water content in the water from the recovery cooler was measured at 10 ppm, so it’s unlikely that water is the cause of the problem. Could everyone help analyze the reasons?
Test the clogging powder; if it is a white powder, it is most likely aluminum hydroxide, which is the product of the reaction between T2 and water. This type of clogging is common in manufacturing processes, as even trace amounts of water can lead to the formation of fine powder that blocks the filters.
