The factory has achieved digitalization and intelligence across all production processes; it is currently the only intelligent factory in China dedicated to the manufacturing of spiral tubes for the high-temperature sections of core components in large-scale, clean, and efficient power station boilers. It is reported that the entire factory is driven by data, and by integrating intelligent machining centers for small-diameter pipes with automated digital pipe-screen production lines, it enables flexible processing of coiled pipes, weldings carried out without human intervention, precise logistics management, and intelligent inspection. This approach leads to the creation of a new production model for coiled pipes involving the use of \"ring fitting\" techniques; the degree of equipment digitization reaches 100%, while the output per employee increases by 250%. Through the digital control of 17 key manufacturing processes, issues such as low-grade equipment, information silos, and fragmented management that exist in traditional manufacturing models can be completely resolved. This enables digital production features like automatic material allocation and advanced scheduling, as well as intelligent management functions such as integrated equipment control, precise quality tracking, and big data-based analysis.
