The first large-scale key equipment in the raw material purification unit of the Phase 4 PE plant at Ningxia Baofeng, constructed by the Third Engineering Company, was successfully lifted into place in one go – namely the copolymer monomer dryer – thereby laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of process pipelines, electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as for the overall progress of the project. The copolymer monomer dryer is a key piece of equipment for ensuring the stable operation of the raw material purification process. To guarantee that the equipment is installed safely, smoothly, and accurately, the project team took proactive measures by conducting a thorough inspection of the equipment’s exterior, lifting lugs, supports, and flange connections, in order to identify any potential hazards related to lifting operations ； Synchronize relevant personnel to conduct specialized safety and technical briefings, clarify job responsibilities, command signals, and emergency response procedures, to ensure the smooth completion of the lifting operations.
