Project Investment: The total investment for this project is 150.19 million yuan, of which 7.95 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures, accounting for 5.29% of the total investment. Construction content: This project involves renovation and expansion based on the 300,000 tons/year high-end polypropylene new material project. Construct a 1-butene transmission pipeline and an extrusion granulation production line, and purchase equipment such as extrusion units, cutting units, and vibrating screens. The polymerization unit and propylene recovery unit of the 300,000 tons/year high-end polypropylene new material project were also upgraded. A total of 458 units of equipment, including those that are reused and new ones such as towers and containers, have been installed. Upon completion of the project, an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of polypropylene will be established, including 180,000 tons per year of homopolypropylene (in powder or granule form), 90,000 tons per year of random copolypropylene (in powder or granule form), and 30,000 tons per year of impact-resistant/terpolymer/propylene-butylene copolypropylene (in powder or granule form). Additionally, a capacity of 10,208 tons per year for producing mixed gas will be available as a by-product. Fixed staffing system: No additional labor capacity will be added for the project; the existing 78 workers will be utilized. The annual working hours are 333 days, following a four-shift three-turn system with 8 hours of work per shift, resulting in 8,000 hours of work per year. Weifang Shufukang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 10, 2019, with a registered capital of 280 million yuan. It is located in the Yangkou Chemical Industry Park in Shouguang. Business scope: Production and sales of polypropylene, polyethylene, plastic products, steel products, lubricating oils, petroleum asphalt (excluding hazardous chemicals), and fuel oil (excluding hazardous chemicals); business activities of this kind can only be carried out with the approval of relevant departments for projects that require such approval according to law.
