After 200 days and nights of continuous effort, the installation of 86 large-scale pieces of equipment in Phase 1 of the Huajin Amei Fine Chemicals and Raw Materials Project was successfully completed recently. This was achieved 175 days ahead of the original schedule, setting a record for construction efficiency in this industry and laying a solid foundation for the further development of the project. Since the 2,000-ton crawler crane successfully lifted the reactor of the residue hydrogenation unit for the first time on November 13, 2024, the project team has continuously overcome technical challenges and successfully completed numerous lifting tasks: on December 25, 2024, two large-scale equipment units of the ethylene plant—the propylene distillation tower and the ethylene distillation tower—were both lifted successfully on the same day ； On February 26, 2025, two of the largest cranes of their kind in China – one with a capacity of 5,000 tons and another with 4,000 tons – worked together to lift the tallest and largest distillate tower in the country ； On April 22, 2025, the last 4,000-ton crawler crane in the refining area was used to precisely position the atmospheric tower of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit ； On May 31, 2025, the installation of the third-stage cyclone separator in the high-propylene catalytic cracking unit was completed, marking the full success of the equipment installation work for Phase 1 of the heavy equipment lifting project. The 86 lifting devices in Section 1 are characterized by their large size and high requirements for installation precision; moreover, strong winds often occur in the Panjin area and the construction site has a complex terrain, making the task exceptionally difficult. In the early stages of construction, the company established a dedicated leadership team to work together with the participating contractors to address challenges and overcome obstacles ； Key technical experts were organized to develop a comprehensive lifting plan, and top domestic specialists were invited to conduct multiple rounds of reviews. Critical aspects such as construction preparations, foundation replacement, and equipment procurement were systematically coordinated to ensure the smooth progress of the project. During the construction process, various departments worked closely together, using intelligent monitoring systems with millimeter-level precision to track lifting parameters in real time. A \"dynamic scheduling\" mechanism was established to ensure precise allocation of resources and prompt response to any issues; more than 40 technical challenges were overcome, which helped to guarantee the accuracy of all lifting operations.
