Recently, information regarding Shunyi Yichang Chemical Co., Ltd.’s production project aimed at manufacturing 8,300 tons of fine chemical products per year was made public on relevant websites. Basic Information on the Project: Project Name: Project for the Annual Production of 8,300 Tons of Fine Chemical Products. Constructor: Shunyi Yichang Chemical Co., Ltd. Nature of Construction: Renovation and expansion. Project Investment: 102.0465 million yuan. Construction Period: The construction will take 16 months, from March 2025 to July 2026. Scale of Construction and Product Plan: 1,000 tons of SYN24D20 will be produced using the cyclopropanic acid production line in Workshop 1; 600 tons of SYN24D19 will be produced using the SYN20D04 production line in Workshop 5; 400 tons of SYN24D02 will be produced using the oxazole chloride, oxazoline, and SYN20D12 production lines in Workshop 6; 200 tons of SYN24D16 will be produced using some of the equipment from the thiadiazole and isopropylamide production lines in Workshop 6. The existing SYN03D01 production line in Workshop 7 will be discontinued, and a new production line for 3,600 tons of SYN24G01 will be built. 1,000 tons of SYN24D03 will be produced using the SYN22D03 production line in Workshop 4; 1,500 tons of SYN24D15 will be produced using some of the equipment from the SYN21D01 production line in Workshop 5. According to the product plan, once the project is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons of SYN24D20, 600 tons of SYN24D19, 400 tons of SYN24D02, 200 tons of SYN24D16, 3,600 tons of SYN24G01, 1,000 tons of SYN24D03, and 1,500 tons of SYN24D15.
