Recently, the Sinopec bidding platform issued tender notices for six lots of pile foundation construction work as part of the technological transformation project aimed at upgrading Qilu Petrochemical’s Luyou and Luyan facilities. Scope of the bidding for this tender segment: Professional contracting for the construction of pile foundations within the areas covered by the Lu Oil Lu Refining Transformation and Upgrading Project (including pile testing; pile types include precast piles, cast-in-place piles, lime-soil compaction piles, CFG piles, etc.). This includes the procurement of materials supplied by Party B, pile manufacturing, transportation, driving, and connection; coordination with pile testing activities until completion and acceptance; as well as all related work related to project warranty. Section 1: 1 million tons per year ethylene plant (2279), 180,000 tons per year aromatic adsorption and separation unit (2350), 600,000 tons per year pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation plant (2278), 1.3 million tons per year aromatic extraction unit (2294), waste alkali solution treatment plant (2824), tank farms in the aromatic processing area (2706), tank farms in the pyrolysis processing area (2710), tank farms in the oil products processing area (2711), desalinated water and condensate treatment station in the ethylene area (2843-01), flares in the ethylene area (2786), and other related areas. Estimated contract value for Bid Section 1: 42.68 million yuan (excluding tax). Section 2: 10 million tons per year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit (1101), 2 million tons per year high-end carbon materials production unit (1150), 1 million tons per year coker gasoline hydrogenation unit (1120), 200,000 tons per year hydrodesulfurization unit (1124), 80,000 tons per year sulfur recovery unit (1371), 220 tons per hour acidic water stripping unit (1187), 400 tons per hour solvent regeneration unit (1186), renovation of the existing tank area (1650), liquefied hydrocarbon tank farm in the northern area (1655), renovation of the third hydrogenation feedstock tank farm (1615), used oil tank farm in the northern area (1670), renovation of the heavy oil feedstock tank farm in the northern area (1621), renovation of the ethylene feedstock tank farm (1680), north gas holder facilities (1787) and other areas. Estimated contract value for Section 2: 35.48 million yuan (excluding tax). Section 3: 2 million tons/year hydrocracking unit (1128), 1.5 million tons/year continuous reforming unit (1111), 80,000 standard cubic meters per hour dry gas hydrogen production unit (1165), Heavy oil feed tank group (I) in the southern refining area (1620), Heavy oil feed tank group (II) in the southern refining area (1617), Sludge oil tank group in the southern refining area (1669), Light oil feed tank group in the southern refining area (1610), Torch No. 5 and gas holder facilities in the southern refining area (1786), as well as the asphalt processing area and other related areas. Estimated contract value for Section 3: 36.85 million yuan (excluding tax). Section 4: The tank area in the storage and transportation plant (2731), the 220KV main substation in the ethylene area (2830), the substation in the East No. 5 Substation area (2831-04), the substation in the East No. 6 Substation area (2831-05), the tenth circulating water plant in the chemical industry area (2802-01), the eleventh circulating water plant in the chemical industry area (2802-02), as well as the renovation of water supply and drainage systems for the olefins, plastics, chlor-alkali, and thermal power plants (2808), the air compressor station of the new plastics plant (2853-02), and the air compressor station of the chlor-alkali plant (2853-03), among other areas. Estimated contract value for Section 4: 18.71 million yuan (excluding tax). Section 5: Areas such as the 200,000 tons/year ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant (2205) and the 234,000 tons/year vinyl chloride plant (2281). Estimated contract value for Section 5: 12.28 million yuan (excluding tax). Section 6: 150,000 tons/year butadiene extraction unit (2277), tank farm in the rubber factory area (2713), substation in the southern rubber factory area (2831-06), water supply and drainage systems for the rubber factory (2809), air compressor station in the rubber factory (2853-04), and the flare system of the rubber factory (2789), among other areas.
