On May 6, the second public announcement regarding the environmental impact assessment for Duofuduo New Materials Co., Ltd.’s project in Jiaozuo, which aims to produce 36,000 tons per year of key materials for power lithium batteries, was released. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Project for the annual production of 36,000 tons of key materials for power lithium batteries ； Construction unit: Duofluoride New Materials Co., Ltd ； Construction site: Within the original factory premises of the company, in the Jiaozuo Economic and Technological Development Zone (west of Xinyuan Road and Jing’er Road), Zhongqu District, Jiaozuo City ； Project nature: Renovation ； Project investment: 1.25 billion yuan ； Construction details: This project will be built on planned land within the original factory area, covering an area of approximately 22 mu, with a total construction area of 57,000 square meters. The existing warehouse will be upgraded and renovated; primarily, a production line and supporting facilities for key materials used in power lithium batteries, with an annual output capacity of 36,000 tons, will be constructed ； And upgrade the existing gas production section. This project uses phosphorus trichloride, chlorine gas, and industrial-grade hydrogen fluoride as raw materials to produce high-purity phosphorus pentafluoride through processes such as distillation and impurity removal. Subsequently, phosphorus pentafluoride and high-purity lithium fluoride are reacted in a hydrofluoric acid solvent; after crystallization and drying, crystalline lithium hexafluorophosphate is obtained ； The main equipment includes phosphorus pentafluoride generation reactors, lithium hexafluorophosphate reaction reactors, crystallizers, drying ovens, exhaust gas absorbers, refrigerant systems, and environmental protection equipment. Based on 2025 shipment data, the company’s current global market share for lithium hexafluorophosphate is approximately 20%. In the first quarter of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of 3.216 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 53.26% ； The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 376 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 480.14% ； Basic earnings per share was 0.32 yuan/share.
