The industrial project registration (development and reform) application for Ulanqab Yanmei Energy Co., Ltd.’s green hydrogen production project in Siziwang Banner, submitted by the same company, meets the industry policies and market access standards; therefore, approval for registration is granted. Construction location: Ulanqab City – Siziwang Banner – Heishatu Area of Ulanqab Durbert Industrial Park. Total investment: 520 million yuan, of which 104 million yuan comes from own funds, 416 million yuan from bank loans, and 0 yuan from other sources. Planned construction period: from May 2026 to October 2027. Scale and scope of the project: The project will have an annual production capacity of 90,300 tons of green hydrogen, with a total construction area of 145,800 square meters. The hydrogen production facility will be constructed using steel structures; its floor height will be 20 meters, and its construction area will be 52,000 square meters ； The floor area of auxiliary facilities such as pool water stations and pump rooms is 25,500 square meters ； The floor area of the pressure reduction station is 33,000 square meters ； The floor area of auxiliary facilities such as the control room, laboratory center, and warehouse is 6,000 square meters ； 38 hydrogen storage tanks, 2000 cubic meter spherical tanks; building area of 20,000 square meters ； The building area for restaurants, dormitories, and changing rooms is 6,000 square meters ； The fire water tank station, pump room, and fire control room cover a construction area of 3,300 square meters.
