Expansion project for the 1 million tons per year solid-state coking and comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas project in Jiuquan, Gansu

Expansion project for the 1 million tons/year compacted coking and comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas facility. This project is located in the Dongjian Chemical Industry Park Management Committee in Yumen City, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, and is funded and constructed by Gansu Songdi Coking Co., Ltd. It aims to expand the existing production capacity from 1 million tons/year to 1.3 million tons/year. Meanwhile, the process involved in this project will be upgraded from 2×55-chamber JT5550D type side-loading compacted coking ovens (with a carbonization chamber height of 5.5 meters) to 2×65-chamber JT5550D type side-loading compacted coking ovens (with a carbonization chamber height of ≥5.5 meters). Additional facilities such as those for coal loading, coke pushing and dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification, wastewater treatment, and waste heat recovery will also be installed as part of this expansion. The project investment amount is 1.2 billion yuan.
