Located in the Chemical Recycling Industrial Park in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, this project is a key initiative aimed at meeting the **\"dual carbon\" goals and developing the new energy industry chain in Central China. It also serves as an important support for Jingmen in building chemical and new energy industries worth hundreds of billions of yuan. The project focuses on the production of key basic raw materials for high-performance lithium battery cathode materials, with an designed annual production capacity of 36,000 tons. Once operational, it will help fill the gap in the supply of high-end lithium salts in the Central China region, promote the deep integration of new energy materials and the green chemicals industry, and further enhance the resilience of the regional industrial and supply chains. Since the start of the project construction, the project team of Zhongnan Company has always adhered to the principle of \"safety first, quality foremost, and honest performance\" in advancing the project’s development. Faced with multiple challenges such as continuous heavy rainfall, persistent high temperatures, and severe air pollution in the Jingmen area, as well as the construction of ultra-high-risk projects and the simultaneous execution of various construction tasks, the project team adopted \"accelerating progress, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety\" as its core objectives. It optimized construction plans scientifically, dynamically allocated top-tier construction resources, and strengthened lean management on site to ensure that all tasks were carried out according to plan, ultimately achieving the efficient and high-quality completion of the project. This completion inspection was led by the project owner, with the participation of various professional organizations such as supervisors and government regulatory bodies. The inspection team conducted a thorough and detailed review of the entire project construction process by examining project documents, inspecting the construction site on-site, and verifying key indicators. After comprehensive evaluation, it is unanimously determined that the project meets the completion acceptance standards, and approval for acceptance is granted.
