Total investment: 1,000 million yuan. Current progress: Project registration completed. Location of construction: High-tech Zone, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province. Scope of construction: The project covers an area of approximately 100 mu. The project includes the construction of 2 silicone rubber production buildings, 1 silicone oil production building, 1 research and office building, 2 auxiliary buildings, as well as various supporting facilities. It also features 10 raw rubber production lines, 4 rubber compound production lines, 4 vinyl silicone oil production lines, 4 liquid adhesive production lines, and 4 modified silicone oil production lines. The raw materials required for production include DMC/D4, auxiliary materials such as hydroxy silicone oil, and silica gel. The equipment needed for production consists of a newly installed nitrogen-bubbling dehydration reactor (with semi-tube heat transfer oil), multi-stage dehydration condensers, a double-screw polymerization reactor (with semi-tube heat transfer oil), a device for removing low-molecular-weight substances from silicone oil, a condenser for removing low-molecular-weight substances from silicone rings, a semiconductor resin cooling unit, an alkali resin reactor, a mixing reactor, and vacuum molecular pump systems. The production process involves feeding materials in, filtering, dehydrating, polymerizing, breaking up the resulting mass, removing low-molecular-weight substances, discharging the product, and packaging it. Upon completion of the project, it will have an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of adhesive, 20,000 tons of mixed rubber, 5,000 tons of vinyl silicone oil, 10,000 tons of liquid adhesive, and 15,000 tons of modified silicone oil.
