On December 5, the factory project of Nanchong Hope Green Energy Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., which is capable of producing 1.5 million tons per year of carbon dioxide capture materials and equipment, was approved for registration. On May 30, the company’s first domestic production facility, Hop Green Carbon (Shenzhen) Energy Technology Co., Ltd., officially broke ground in Nanbu County, Sichuan Province. As a key step in Hoppe Green Carbon’s strategy for developing the CCUS industry, this project will, upon completion, have an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons of carbon dioxide capture equipment. It will become the largest CCUS equipment manufacturing base in the southwest region, providing strong impetus for the region’s green and low-carbon transformation. “It took only one year from the project’s preparation to its commencement, demonstrating fully the close alignment between Hoppe Green Carbon’s technical expertise and the needs of regional development. ”Nan Lucheng, general manager of Hope Green Carbon, said at the inauguration ceremony, \"In the future, the facility will, through an integrated model that combines industry, academia, research, and application, collaborate with universities and research institutions in the southwest to establish CCUS technology innovation centers. It will also serve areas such as Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, and Guizhou, thereby creating a green industry cluster with an annual output value of over 1 billion yuan.\" ”Local government representatives stated that they would provide support through specific policies and infrastructure development to help turn this project into a national model for the CCUS industry. Nanchong Hope Green Energy Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2024 and a member of Hope Green Carbon New Energy, is located in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. It is a company focused on ecological protection and environmental management.
