The 8 silos of the granule homogenization framework at the Inner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Engineering Project were successfully lifted all at once. Recently, it took 45 hours to successfully lift the 8 silos (D-5301A-H) of this framework at the Inner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Engineering Project in a single operation. The successful achievement of this key milestone has effectively facilitated the completion of the overall equipment installation tasks, thereby bringing the construction work for the project to a successful conclusion by 2025. The granule homogenization frame silo is the key equipment for storing and homogenizing the finished products of the project; it is reported that each silo is 30.772 meters tall, 8 meters in diameter, and has a net weight of 33 tons. Lifting operations face multiple challenges, including limited space, high precision requirements, and difficulties in coordination. To ensure the success of the lifting operation, the project team conducted precise calculations and verifications of key parameters such as crane selection, lifting point placement, rigging configuration, and foundation bearing capacity, taking into account the actual conditions at the site ； The security department strictly implements the pre-shift briefing system, clarifies job responsibilities and emergency response procedures, thoroughly checks for safety hazards in the work area, and designates safety zones along with warning signs.
