Project name: Xinjiang Zhongtong Jirui 12 million tons/year Coal Classification Utilization and Co-production of LNG Project. Nature of the project: New construction. Location: Hongshan Industrial Park, Naomaohu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xinxing City, 13th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Scale and scope of construction: A coal washing plant with a capacity of 6 million tons per year, an LNG production facility based on coal classification utilization with a capacity of 12 million tons per year, a hydrogen production unit that uses pure oxygen for the continuous gasification of lignite with a capacity of 530,000 tons per year, a unit for producing naphtha through the hydrogenation of coal tar with a capacity of 2.2 million tons per year, and a unit for producing aromatics through the continuous reforming of naphtha with a capacity of 1.4 million tons per year. The project is constructed in two phases; the first phase includes a coal valorization and co-production of LNG facility with an annual capacity of 4 million tons ; Total investment for the second phase: 17,000,000 million yuan for a coal washing plant with an annual capacity of 6 million tons, a LNG production facility that utilizes coal in a diversified manner with an annual capacity of 8 million tons, a hydrogen production plant using continuous oxygen-based gasification with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons, a plant for producing naphtha through the hydrogenation of coal tar with an annual capacity of 2.2 million tons, and a plant for producing aromatics through the continuous reforming of naphtha with an annual capacity of 1.4 million tons
