Construction Contents: Construction of a plant with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda (the existing 50,000-ton capacity will be relocated, and the hydrogen produced as a by-product will be used in the first phase of the project); 30,000 tons per year of ADC foam agent (along with 33,000 tons per year of dicyandiamide as a by-product, and 87,000 tons per year of sodium carbonate decahydrate as another by-product); 60 t/h of wastewater treatment capacity (including facilities for producing ammonia and salts as by-products); 10,000 tons per year of hydrochloric acid; 20,000 tons per year of liquid chlorine; 10,000 tons per year of sodium hypochlorite; 30,000 tons per year of sodium percarbonate, along with necessary utility systems and auxiliary facilities. The total construction area is 76,449 square meters. An additional 10,000 tons per year of ADC blowing agent (including the associated dicyandiamide and the by-product sodium carbonate decahydrate) will be produced, along with 6,000 tons per year of liquid chlorine and 25,000 tons per year of sodium percarbonate.
