On February 5, the main structure of the extraction framework for Wengfu Chemical’s 300,000 tons per year wet-process purified phosphoric acid production facility was successfully completed, with the project being built under EPC general contracting by China Fifth Ring Engineering Co., Ltd., which is part of China National Chemical Engineering Corporation. Thus, the main processing units of the project have been fully completed, marking a decisive victory in the construction of the project’s civil structure, and laying a solid foundation for the full rollout of subsequent installation work. The extraction frame is a reinforced concrete frame structure with 7 floors, a height of 36.8 meters, an area of 1039.03㎡, and a total construction area of 6442.84㎡. The construction site is extremely cramped and located right next to existing production equipment, resulting in limited working space and significant difficulties in moving materials around ； It is winter, and the persistent low temperatures pose a severe challenge to construction work. The project team organized its work scientifically and used visual planning tools to overcome challenges such as limited space and harsh weather, striving to advance the construction progress and completing the tasks safely, with high quality, and efficiently. Next, the project team will focus on the three key aspects of safety, quality, and schedule, by clearly defining responsibilities at each level and strengthening process control. This will ensure that all stages of civil engineering and installation are seamlessly connected and operate efficiently.
