The registration process for Shanxi Xiagreen Qingyuan’s project to produce 60,000 tons of lithium dihydrogen phosphate per year has been completed. Recently, Shanxi Xiagreen Qingyuan Circular Technology Co., Ltd.’s project aimed at manufacturing 60,000 tons of lithium dihydrogen phosphate annually was officially registered as an enterprise investment project. The Qingxu Economic Development Zone Management Committee accepted the application for registration of this project on March 19, 2026. This project was invested and constructed by Shanxi Xiagreen Qingyuan Circular Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment amount of 302,349,000 yuan. The construction period spans from March 2026 to December 2026, and the site of construction is located within the premises of Shanxi Xiagreen Qingyuan Circular Technology Co., Ltd. in Qingxu Economic Development Zone. The project is planned to build a production line capable of producing 60,000 tons of lithium dihydrogen phosphate per year, with construction carried out in two phases. In the first phase, a production line for 15,000 tons of lithium dihydrogen phosphate will be built, along with facilities for dissolution, impurity removal, extraction, as well as the necessary auxiliary systems and environmental protection measures ； The second phase of construction involves building a production line capable of producing 45,000 tons of lithium dihydrogen phosphate, along with the necessary infrastructure for dissolution, impurity removal, extraction processes, as well as related auxiliary systems and environmental protection facilities. The project specifies that construction can only begin after obtaining the necessary administrative approval documents from relevant departments in charge of planning, land use, construction, environmental protection, energy conservation, safety, and other areas. As an industrial project focused on the integrated development of lithium battery core material manufacturing and the circular economy, its implementation will not only fill the gap in large-scale production capacity for lithium dihydrogen phosphate in the region and improve the local supply chain for new energy lithium battery materials, but it will also enhance the industrial competitiveness and clustering effect of Qingxu Economic Development Zone in the niche field of new energy materials.
