On March 25, the first public announcement regarding the environmental impact assessment for the ammonia cracking hydrogen production project associated with Dayu County Meiling New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was made. Constructor: Dayu County Meiling New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Location of construction: Xinhua Industrial Zone, Dayu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. Project overview: This project is part of a hydrogen production facility; it uses the ammonia decomposition process to generate hydrogen, which is then used as a hydrogen-nitrogen mixture for the production processes at Dayu County Meiling New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., where 15 tons of germanium oxide, 10 tons of germanium ingots, and 1,000 tons of zinc ingots are produced annually. The project involves the construction of a new hydrogen production workshop, an liquid ammonia warehouse, and associated facilities, with a designed hydrogen production capacity of 30 Nm³/h, resulting in an annual output of 82,800 Nm³ of hydrogen-nitrogen mixture. The hydrogen-nitrogen mixture produced by the project is supplied internally entirely and is not sold externally.
