**The upgrading project for the MTP (methanol-to-propylene) process at Ningxia Coal Industry, a subsidiary of the Energy Group, has seen the completion of 9 units; two ultra-large units, namely the quench tower/washing tower and the ethylene distillation tower, have entered the final stage of construction. The project team overcame manufacturing challenges such as large-diameter components, control of welding deformation, and high-precision assembly of internal parts. By formulating specialized plans and carefully coordinating lifting operations, they ensured that the equipment was delivered on schedule through modular manufacturing and comprehensive quality control, thereby helping clients accelerate the progress of their projects and achieve full production capacity.
