Recently, the first pulverized coal feed tank, a key piece of equipment for the large-scale coal chemical project in Inner Mongolia run by HuiNeng ZhuoZheng and manufactured by Aerospace Chenguang, was successfully inspected and ready for installation. The successful delivery of this equipment marks a breakthrough at a critical stage of the project, laying a solid foundation for the further progress of the entire project. As the core equipment of the project’s gasification unit, this coal powder feed tank weighs 624 tons in total; its inner cone is made of a special wear-resistant composite duplex steel material. Faced with a tight schedule and strict quality requirements, the Aerospace Morning Light project team carefully planned the production process, strictly controlled key stages such as procurement, welding inspection, and pressure testing. By optimizing the sequence of tasks and implementing two-shift operations, they were able to complete the delivery one week ahead of the original schedule, thus demonstrating the \"Aerospace Morning Light speed\" and \"Aerospace Morning Light quality\". This project is a key energy conversion project in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and it is of great significance for promoting the clean and efficient utilization of local coal resources. Going forward, Aerospace Morning Light will continue to increase its investment in research and development related to large-scale key equipment used in the coal chemical industry, such as high-pressure storage tanks, gasifiers, and pulverized coal feeding tanks. It aims to drive the transformation of coal chemical equipment toward smarter and more environmentally friendly designs, contributing its expertise and capabilities to the high-quality development of this industry.
