Project Details: The main products of this project include wet electronic chemicals and electronic gases, with an overall production capacity of 40,391 tons per year. The project will involve the construction of facilities for producing 2 tons per year of deuterium gas, 20,000 tons per year of nitrous oxide (in food-grade, pharmaceutical-grade, and electronic-grade forms), 20,000 tons per year of electronic-grade nitric acid, 89 tons per year of deuterated compounds (50 tons per year of deuterated chloroform, 30 tons per year of deuterated benzene, 3 tons per year of deuterated carbazole, 3 tons per year of deuterated naphthalene, and 3 tons per year of deuterated anthracene), and 300 tons per year of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid. For this project, the heavy water hydrolysis method is chosen to produce deuterium gas, thermal decomposition of liquid ammonium nitrate is used to produce nitrous oxide, sub-boiling distillation combined with adsorption decolorization is employed to produce electronic-grade nitric acid, chemical synthesis is utilized to manufacture deuterated products, and electrochemical fluorination is used to prepare trifluoromethanesulfonic acid.
