Construction Contents: The project will include the installation of a distributed photovoltaic power generation system with a capacity of 11.34 MW (generating approximately 10.92 million kWh of electricity per year), an electrochemical energy storage system with a capacity of 12.5 MW, LNG-based cold energy power generation units, BOG compressors, and reliquefaction facilities, as well as other facilities for the comprehensive utilization of natural gas； Approximately 5.7 km of submarine gas pipelines will be constructed (using directional drilling), along with approximately 5.4 km of onshore gas pipelines.
