Project Name: Technical Optimization of Air Separation Unit for Energy Conservation and Consumption Reduction at Ulan Tai’an Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. in Xingan League； Total investment amount: 150 million yuan, environmental protection investment: 1.25 million yuan ； Construction unit: Xingan League Wulantai’an Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd ； Construction location: Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xingan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ； The main construction tasks include: new construction – installing one new air separation oxygen production unit with a capacity of 30,000 Nm³/h within the existing plant area, along with the construction of compression buildings, pumps, storage tanks, power distribution equipment, and other auxiliary facilities. Process: Oxygen is produced using low-temperature distillation. Adjustment of existing facilities: The current electric-driven air separation unit with a capacity of 63,000 Nm³/h will be switched to standby mode, while the original steam-driven air separation unit will continue to be used as usual.
