The project is located in Shiguai District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and is being invested in and constructed by Baotou Shenglin Xuanxian Technology Co., Ltd. This project mainly involves investment in the construction of facilities capable of producing 30,000 tons of continuous basalt fiber and 40,000 tons of high-performance composite materials per year; upon completion, it is expected to generate an annual output value of 1.6 billion yuan. The total construction area of the project is 74,592 square meters, and it will be developed into a modern new materials industry base that integrates production and supporting facilities. The project will be implemented in two phases. Phase I covers an area of approximately 140 mu, with a focus on the wire drawing of raw materials and the research and development of composite products.
