On May 14, the China Tendering and Bidding Public Service Platform issued a announcement announcing the winner of the full-process consultation project for Junrui Green Hydrogen Energy (Shangdu County) Co., Ltd.’s 30,000 tons per year hydrogen production facility in Shangdu County. The announcement states that the winner of the bid is Dazhou Design Consulting Group Co., Ltd. On February 27, information available on the online approval portal for investment projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region showed that the project registration application submitted by Junrui Green Hydrogen Energy (Shangdu County) Co., Ltd. for its 30,000 tons per year hydrogen production facility in Shangdu County met the industry policies and market entry standards, and thus was approved for registration. Construction location: Ulanqab City – Shangdu County, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Glass Hu Jing Township. Total investment: 1,460,370,000 yuan, of which 292,070,000 yuan is from own funds, 1,168,300,000 yuan comes from bank loans, and 0 yuan from other sources. Planned construction period: from May 2026 to May 2027. Construction scale and scope: The project covers an area of 375 mu and includes electrolysis workshops, 2 purification and compression workshops, a power station, hydrogen storage areas, and a control room ； The core equipment includes 84 electrolyzers with a capacity of 1000 Nm³/h, hydrogen storage tanks, as well as hydrogen purification units and compressors ； Auxiliary facilities include power distribution stations, demineralized water treatment systems, circulating cooling water systems, hydrogen delivery systems, air compression nitrogen generation systems, etc. The equivalent annual operating time of the project is 4,000 hours.
