The 25th National \"Safety Production Month\" in 2026: Everyone talks about safety, and everyone knows how to handle emergencies; identifying and addressing potential risks and hazards. -------------------------------------------------- On the morning of June 1st, Sichuan Lutianhua Oil Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as \"Sichuan Lutianhua\" or \"the Company\") held a launch meeting for the Safety Production Month activities in 2026, with over 100 representatives from various departments attending the event. There are no bystanders in work safety; everyone is a participant. At present, several new projects of the company, including the 100,000-ton/year green fine chemicals project, are in the construction phase. The large scale of construction work, the large number of workers present at the sites and their scattered locations, combined with seasonal risks such as high temperatures in summer and heavy rainfall, place higher demands on safety management. To this end, the company’s Safety Supervision Department held advance discussions with relevant parties regarding various activities for the 2026 Safety Production Month. A targeted and highly actionable plan was formulated, involving multiple stakeholders such as project construction units, general contractors, construction firms, supervision agencies, as well as facilities management departments and logistics support units within the park. This ensured that all relevant parties were included and that everyone could participate. “I solemnly swear: to always keep safety as my top priority and to remain constantly vigilant ； \"Strictly abide by rules and regulations, and ensure standardized operating procedures…\" Under the leadership of Huang Jin, the assistant to the company’s general manager, all employees took a solemn oath; their resounding vows filled the venue, reflecting their respect for life safety, their firm commitment to adhering to rules and regulations, and their strong determination to work together to establish a solid safety barrier. Following the oath-taking ceremony, all participants solemnly signed their names on a banner bearing the theme of the Safety Production Month. This act served as a solemn commitment to enhancing safety awareness and fulfilling safety responsibilities, thereby truly internalizing safety principles in their minds, putting them into practice, and institutionalizing them. Inside the safety experience hall, staff members explained in detail the functions and usage methods of personal protective equipment for the feet, head, and body, and simulated how the human body would react in the event of an accident. Through intuitive demonstrations and hands-on experiences, the practical abilities of frontline workers in correctly using protective equipment, responding to emergencies, and performing self- and mutual rescue have been effectively enhanced. In his concluding remarks, the company’s general manager, Tang Chuan, called on all employees to take the Safety Production Month as an opportunity to further strengthen the collective commitment to safety, creating a strong atmosphere in which everyone is concerned about safety, participates in safety efforts, and contributes to maintaining safety. He emphasized the need to assign safety responsibilities to each position and at every stage of the production process, so as to ensure safety and stability at all costs.
