Gentlemen: The reciprocating shaft head pumps we use break down frequently over the course of just a few days; their quality is poor. Please recommend some excellent manufacturers of reciprocating shaft head pumps.
First, identify the cause of the problem – check if there is any misalignment.
Ours is manufactured by a company in the northeast; this product has entered the Sinopec market. Upon opening and inspection, it was found that the iron sand had not been properly cleaned, and the sealing paper was used recycled copy paper. I’m in pain; please, guys, help me.
If the vibration is caused by damage to the gear shaft head, it is most likely due to alignment issues. Leakage problems are difficult to resolve, and the shaft seals are severely worn. It is recommended to purchase new equipment and switch to screw pumps altogether, as this will yield very good results

Upgrading existing equipment is quite difficult, as the amount of modification required is substantial. Consider selecting new units instead.

Most shaft-mounted pumps are gear pumps; we supply them as accessories for compressor factories, and they have been in use for 8 years without any need for disassembly. Imported models use screw pumps, but we have not seen any domestic models of that type. Gas stations are equipped with screw pumps. There are quite a few industrial pumps in Tianjin, right?
It breaks down so often – is it a product from the same manufacturer? Frequent failures might not be a problem with the pump? I’ve seen that the reciprocating pump shaft heads used by Shen Gu are gear pumps from Botou, Hebei. It works pretty well. The coupling has been changed from a pin type to a diaphragm type
It’s the same product; I already mentioned earlier that this product uses used printing paper for sealing, and there is grinding tool dust remaining inside the cavity； Column connections are used for the joints.
It’s no problem to use paper as a gasket; we have it available in Botou and Siping. Most problems arise from factors such as vibration of the fuselage during operation and vibration in the oil pump pipelines, which cause misalignment of the shaft-mounted pump.
