The temperature of the crude oil entering is only 20 degrees; such a low temperature is not suitable for blending and processing. Heat tracing combined with insulation can be used; electric heat tracing or steam heat tracing are options, but the temperature is difficult to control； A heater is installed so that the oil is heated before entering the tank, allowing for controllable temperature.
