Salaries were paid in advance only; there was never any delay
For my first job after graduation, I went without a salary for up to 5 months; my second job paid on time, while with my current job, the salary might be delayed by a day or two
It’s generally sent on time, with overtime pay; at most it gets delayed by a week or 10 days, I forgot.
It’s been fairly on time all along. Different paths lead to different sacrifices and difficulties, as well as different rewards; generally speaking, the principle of equivalent exchange still applies. Do one’s own thing, and then no one owes anything to anyone else in this world.
On the last day of each month, if it happens to be a weekend, it is moved up in advance; it has never been postponed. However, the person who issued the pay slips resigned, and the emails with the pay slips have been arriving more slowly over the past two months
It’s never been sent on time; luckily it was still possible to send it out. Some people have already found other ways to make a living. I just got on board, and I still need to struggle a bit more.

Where there is effort, there is always a reward. No one wants to be owed wages, after all, everyone needs to make a living. Salaries are still being paid on time at the moment, but they have been reduced for over half a year now; I hope things will improve soon.
