The insulation board is sunken – how can it be fixed?

We have insulation panels for equipment, with a brushed stainless steel surface; if something hits them, large dents appear, but there are no sharp pits – it just looks unsightly. How can it be restored to its original state?

Either the entire piece has to have its skin removed and repaired, or a hole is cut in the skin for repair.
Connect the device used to connect to the toilet to the vacuum pipeline, grasp the metal sheet, and pull hard – it should lift up
