How pure is the oxygen produced by PSA nitrogen generation units?

If a PSA nitrogen generation unit is used to produce nitrogen, in order to obtain 6000 m3/h of nitrogen with a purity of 99.9%, I wonder whether it is possible to get oxygen with a purity of over 99% How much does this kind of device cost in terms of investment?
PSA purity: 4 nines. Flow rate: 800. The required flow rate for cold drying is around 3000; the flow rate required before entering the PSA unit is around 2700. Pressure requirement: 8.5 kilograms. Dew point: -40 degrees. I’m not sure about the price
The purity of PSA generally reaches a maximum of 95%; if a purity level of over 99% is required, cryogenic methods can be used for production~
