I need to know the function of the initial rainwater tank in a chemical plant, as well as a structural diagram or flowchart Also, once the cleaning and sewage separation valve is opened, does the water flow into the rainwater tank or the sewage tank?
The initial rainwater collection tank is used to collect rainwater from the first 15–20 minutes; this water requires biochemical treatment. Separation of rainwater and wastewater, also known as separation of clean water and dirty water, involves directing wastewater into sewage tanks while allowing clean water to be discharged directly.
I’m not sure if there are specialized \"pollution separation valves\"; it would be ideal if such valves could be controlled remotely, as operators may not be willing to go to the site to operate them during rain.
