I would like to ask that when designing a reaction vessel, since the cylinder is relatively small, according to chemical industry standards, the minimum DN for flanges and similar components should be 200. This results in a large amount of space being occupied at the top. Is it possible to reduce this size depending on the specific circumstances? And what are the standards used to determine the dimensions of the entire transmission mechanism?

The frame was designed myself; the flanges were made smaller – there’s no standard for this, it was designed on my own

25 thickness is about right; the motor isn’t heavy
It can be calculated according to flanged heads specified in HG/T20582-2011.
The normal direction of the pipe openings around can be set. Small-diameter mixing containers are indeed less conveniently designed than those with larger diameters

The flange can be designed according to the size of the transmission mechanism; reaction kettles don’t necessarily have to be standard in design – there are many non-standard versions as well, after all, each factory has different requirements for its equipment
