Auto-regulating valve for gaseous ammonia

Question: After the air-ammonia self-regulating valve of the 2nd process external cooler is fully opened, the evaporation pressure remains high for an extended period of time; pressure reduction can only be achieved through a bypass valve, which makes on-site operation difficult. I would like to ask whether there is a filter inside this air-ammonia self-regulating valve that needs to be cleaned!
The self-regulating valve does not function properly (the computer shows it to be fully open, but in reality it is not), or the diameter of the ammonia pipeline is too small or it is blocked
