Does anyone know if there is a common path for the partitions on the reboiler side and the condenser side of the thermal regeneration tower?
Our factory’s unit doesn’t have one; there’s only a small hole of less than one centimeter. I think it’s not meant to serve as a passage, but rather for draining water before testing； Since a partition has been designed, there is no need to provide a passage!
If there is no passage, is the liquid on the reboiler side replenished only by the cold-side connection line? Where does all that volume from 5 pumps come from?
How can such a large volume come from the free tank with just 5 pumps?
I’m not quite sure how big the hole is; the worker I asked said it does exist
The drawings show that the inlet to pump 5 comes from the reboiler side of the tower, rather than from the free tank; most of the fluid passes through a filter screen before returning to the inlet of the heat exchanger located before the free tank
