I have a question for everyone: it relates to the transportation of pulverized coal, and I need to write an automatic program for it. The coal powder bin feeds into the lockhopper, which in turn feeds into the transfer tank; nitrogen is used for transportation. There are also some valves involved. I can write a program for automatic operation, but there’s one issue: I’m not sure how to handle the stop button. When stopping, should it return to the initial state from the current state, or remain paused in the current state, or wait until the current process is completed before returning to the initial state? If any obstacles are resolved along the way, it will resume automatic operation. If I finish work today and plan to use it tomorrow, I will go through the order entry process to return to the starting point and conclude it. If it’s running in a loop, you need to consider that for yourself. If there is a fault, the HMI will display a message indicating where the problem lies; there is also a operation flowchart for operation...... No matter what procedures are used, human-machine safety must be given top priority, with thorough deployment and sound planning.
