The reaction float level switch in the process unit is no longer giving alarms recently; what could be the possible reasons?
Check it; if the float ball operates properly and the wiring is fine, then it’s most likely that the reed switch is damaged.
It’s broken; replace it with a new one. Either the ball doesn’t move and needs to be cleaned, or the reed switch is damaged. Replace it after long use; if needed, ask within the platform
If the wiring is fine, it’s more likely that the reed switch is damaged
First, check the wiring and the float switch; test whether there is a response when it is activated. If not, replace it with a new one
Float level switches tend to break down, and they should be replaced after some time
The float switch should be replaced once a year. If you don’t replace it, it’s prone to failure!
It’s so unreliable…… Which manufacturer’s product is better?
The float switch keeps floating up and down. It’s constantly in motion, making damage and failure inevitable. Wouldn’t it be better if it could be switched to another control method?
