From the perspective of gasification, H2 and N2 are required for ammonia synthesis. When oxygen-enriched gasification is used, the effective components in the syngas inevitably decrease. Moreover, different gasifiers have varying requirements regarding the gasifying agent. It is known that fluidized bed gasifiers currently use pure oxygen for gasification, with emphasis placed on factors such as gasification intensity, efficiency, capacity, and carbon conversion rate. Therefore, we cannot consider only the energy consumption of air separation; even when using oxygen-enriched oxidation, more air separation may be required.
