May I ask about your vulcanization conditions (pressure, temperature, space velocity, etc.)?
Different devices and different catalysts result in variations; the sulfidation conditions must be determined based on your catalyst. Just my humble opinion; please feel free to correct me. If there are any mistakes, I hope you can forgive them.
There are requirements for the catalyst; take a look.
The sulfidation conditions vary for different catalysts; generally, the catalyst manufacturers will provide you with the necessary sulfidation conditions and media, and they will then come back to guide you through the sulfidation process.
