Generally, after a period of operation, the catalyst in the catalyst waste tank needs to be removed. Please share how your unit discharges the catalyst from its waste tank; Share your thoughts!
It’s best to use tank trucks to reduce environmental pollution.
For old installations, migrant workers are hired from outside to manually remove the agent while wearing masks, and the material is collected in woven bags with pockets. . .
Have your own employees pay it off slowly! What else can be done! But I still have less!
When the freshener is added, the bag remains in good condition and can be used straight away upon unloading. Whether it is unloaded by hand or using a tank truck helps reduce both labor effort and dust generation
Labor is the cheapest, by and large. . . . . :L Hey:Q

Similar to the powder packaging system. The specific application is unknown; the technology is from Taiwan. Labor costs are low, but with strict environmental regulations and an increasing awareness of environmental protection, automatic sealed loading and unloading is the trend.
On our end, regarding this matter, we enter into agreements with the manufacturers when purchasing fresh catalysts, requiring them to take it back. As for the pressurized waste catalyst in the balance agent tanks, we follow standard procedures: converting tank trucks for use with such catalysts, and converting those designed for bagging into systems suitable for bagged catalysts.
Although we are new equipment, unfortunately we also rely on manual unloading; it seems we are truly behind the times.

No research has been conducted on actual application scenarios, so it is not known whether there are any shortcomings in use. One question: Have you come into contact with Mingtai’s technology? What type of automatic loading system is used: container-based or a sealed ton bag loading/unloading system? What problems have occurred during use? What modifications have been made? Is Mingtai used in small admixture systems? What is the practical operability of automatic loading of small additives?
