PVC pipes are easy to connect, while PPH is a bit more complicated to work with. Their corrosion resistance is similar; PPH has better temperature resistance, better pressure resistance, and also relatively better aging resistance.
Industrial uPVC pipes can withstand temperatures up to 65 degrees, with an optimal operating temperature of 45 degrees. Pressure of 1.0 is commonly used in sewage and waste discharge pipelines, wastewater treatment, etc. It offers advantages such as corrosion resistance, low water flow resistance, energy savings, quick installation, and low cost. Industrial PPH pipes can withstand temperatures up to 90 degrees, with an optimal operating temperature of 60–70 degrees. Pressure 1.0 is generally used in electroplating wastewater treatment systems. Pickling acid regeneration systems, etc. Using heat fusion welding, large-diameter pipes are easier to install than UPVC pipes.
