Which company has clean waste sulfuric acid at around 30% concentration?

It is used for adjusting the pH in wastewater treatment. We are in Tongling, Anhui – is there any 30% waste sulfuric acid available in the vicinity that is relatively clean? It is to be used for reverse adjustment; if not, the wastewater can be discharged directly, with no other wastes allowed
