Haichuan maintains records of moderators and the technical team, with the direct supervisors typically being responsible for entering this information ； As for creating a nostalgia and recognition section, that can be discussed; what should be stored in this section? 2. In the past, only praise was given to former moderators, outstanding moderators, and those who had contributed to Haichuan; now, some tangible souvenirs should be given to them. This initiative has been implemented on this forum this year: physical souvenirs are being given to regular moderators who have never received any tangible prizes in the past and who have served for more than a year. Rehire those among them who are outstanding and willing to act as consultants, in order to expand the network of contacts. Being rehired means returning to a job after having left it, and of course that’s welcome. There doesn’t seem to be any rule prohibiting rehiring. Currently, many moderators who resigned due to heavy workloads are returning to their positions.
