There is a DN80 acid pipeline that crosses a highway; burial is considered as an option, and heavy vehicles pass over it. What standards can be referred to in this case? Is there any other way to get there by road?
Why not take the road? Or build a bridge tunnel under the highway first

It cannot be buried directly. 2. Metal pipes or concrete pipes should be used as sleeves. 3. It should be easy to pull out for maintenance or replacement. I assume that the pipes used for transporting salt and acid are plastic pipes. Although plastic pipes can resist corrosion from salt and acid, they tend to age and get damaged over time, so it is necessary to consider the possibility of replacing them. Also, if the environmental protection department finds out, they will not allow you to do this.
For the DN80 acid and salt pipelines we construct, a sloped trench structure is used; the lowest point where leaks occur is connected by pipes to a safe location for handling. The cover plates for the trenches can be designed based on the load from passing vehicles, ensuring they meet actual requirements
The main concern is that leaks resulting from damage to the pipe supports could pose a threat to vehicles and pedestrians on the road. The pipes used are steel-reinforced polyethylene composite pipes, which are resistant to corrosion and possess high strength. Protect it with steel pipe sleeves on the outside.
