Contents of PFD review: Indicates process equipment along with its tag numbers and names； Main process pipelines ； Special valve position ； Logistics number, operating conditions (temperature, pressure, flow rate) ； Heat load of industrial furnaces and heat exchangers ； Name of common materials, operating conditions, flow rate ； Main control and interlock scheme.
Precautions: Feasibility of the cascade scheme and operating conditions
The focus is on the feasibility of the process and the operability of the control scheme.
